Selection and preparation of ingredients
The main ingredient, which is the source of the refined taste of the salad, is the honey. You can collect them yourself in the forest, or buy them on the market. Fresh mushrooms must be thoroughly cleaned of the remains of foliage, soil and twigs that stick to their hats and legs, and then washed under a stream of clean running water. You can also use this preparation frozen or pickled mushrooms.
Various ingredients can make up the filling of the salad. Chicken fillet must be washed and boiled. Eggs - boil too. If the onion or garlic is indicated in the recipe, then they need to be cleaned. Ham or cheese - chop as indicated in the recipe.

- The top layer of the salad is cheese. Rub cheese for it on a coarse grater and carefully lay on top.

- The first step is to knead the dough. For this, 3 cups of flour are sifted into the cooked dishes.
- Sugar, salt, milk and yeast are added to the flour, after which all the ingredients are mixed.
- Then vegetable oil and water are poured into the container with flour (water temperature is about + 40 ° С).
- After thorough kneading, the dough is covered with a clean napkin or towel and put in a warm place so that it fits (should increase its size by 2-3 times). It is best to carry out such a procedure twice - after the dough is suitable for the first time, it is well crushed and sent back to come.
- When the dough rises, start to stuffing.
- Onions finely chopped (can be diced).
- Boiled mushrooms are either passed through a meat grinder or finely chopped.
- Vegetable oil is heated in a stewpan, in which the onions are fried to a transparent state.
- Add mushrooms to the onion, mix everything. After evaporation of the liquid, mushrooms with onions are salted and pepper, after which they continue to fry until ready.
- The surface on which they plan to knead the dough, as well as hands, is greased with vegetable oil. The dough is divided into small portions, which are rolled into balls.
- Each ball is rolled out with a rolling pin (in case the dough is soft, you can flatten it with your hands).
- 1.5–2 tbsp. tablespoons of filling.
- The edges of the dough are combined and carefully pinched, after which each pie is placed on a baking sheet, previously covered with parchment, with the seam down.
- Each pie is pressed by hand, then covered with a towel and left for 15 minutes.
- After the pies are infused and increased in size, each of them is smeared with egg yolk.
- The baking sheet is sent to the oven, preheated to +170 ... + 180 ° C and baked until cooked (i.e., until browning). The average baking time is 20 minutes.
Important! To julienne was not liquid, you can add to it at the end of cooking 1 tbsp. l flour and bring to a boil.
With pancakes and ham

- Whip all the ingredients for pancakes thoroughly.
- Fry the pancakes (preferably a little grease the pan with vegetable oil). You should get 6 pancakes.
- Prepare the salad toppings: rub the potatoes on a coarse grater and add chopped greens to it. Stir with mayonnaise. Do the same with carrots and eggs.
- Finely chop the mushrooms and also mix with mayonnaise and herbs. You can pickle this ingredient yourself, or you can buy it ready-made at the store.
- Cut the ham in the way that suits you (with straws, cubes) and also combine with mayonnaise and chopped herbs.
- Lay out a longitudinal row of 5 hot pancakes, and grease their joints with cream cheese.
- Strip the prepared toppings on the pancakes in strips. Distribution order - any, most importantly - in turn.
- Lubricate the sixth pancake with the filling and wrap it separately: it will be needed for the original design of the roots.
- Roll pancakes into a roll and place them on a flat plate face up. The edges of the ends should be even, which is the key to an interesting type of salad: this will form a flat top of the hemp.
- From the small roll, make hemp roots.
- Decorate the space remaining on the plate with greens, which will fulfill the decorative function of grass.
- Rub the eggs on top of the hemp and form bugs or flowers from chopped tomatoes, with the addition of chopped onion rings. Put marinated mushrooms.
Important! Before serving, send the salad to the refrigerator, where it should stand for about 2 hours, so that the ingredients are well saturated, which will make the dish more delicious.
