A commercial enterprise located in Magadan has begun production of a unique product - Kolyma butchers began to produce sausages from seal meat.

It is noted that the management of the enterprise received a permit for the production of this kind back in 2017, at the same time seal fishing was approved by the specialists of this company.

Since then, manufacturers of unusual sausages have used 137 seals meat, and today products from these marine animals can already be found in retail. It is noteworthy that the products have passed all the necessary tests and studies and have been approved by state quality experts. Seal meat miners do not intend to stop on sausage alone. In their ambitious plans for the near future, the priority is the deep processing of seal meat and the manufacture of stews and pastes from it.

Masters of sausage products add that they will use in their production not only sea animal meat, but also their fat, offal and skin. In order for the production of the company to progress, at least 100 million rubles should be invested in it. The Kolyma authorities have already announced that they are ready to become the guarantor of the company for a loan. It will not be superfluous to add that today there are about 50 thousand seals in the Far Eastern waters.
