The real agricultural tragedy erupted in the vast Republic of Tatarstan. The fact is that the trend of mass death of bees, which was outlined in different regions of the Russian Federation, alas, reached the Tatar apiaries.

In particular, a plague of bees was recorded on the territory of the village of Sredny Alat, which is located in the Vysokogorsky district in the north-west of the republic.

As one of the beekeepers of the indicated village noted, literally in a week, hundreds of ward insects died out. The same trouble overtook the villagers of the farmer. As a result, residents of absolutely all hives became extinct in the village apiaries.

The beekeepers see the reason for the massive pestilence of bees in the illegal actions of local farmers: the owners of the affected farms are convinced that their insects were poisoned by herbicides by which farmers cultivate their land from pests.

At the moment, experts understand the causes and circumstances of the situation. The case of the large-scale death of bees in various economic facilities of the Russian Federation is under the control of authorized specialists of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan and the relevant federal department.
