How to prepare the ingredients

- When choosing grapes, preference should be given to white varieties, since they are less sweet than dark ones. Blue berries can be included for decoration in a minimal amount. Quiche-mish is ideal for salads: it does not need to be cut, it is small, and most importantly its advantage is the absence of seeds.
- Chicken to preserve juiciness when cooking is dipped in boiling water. If you cook, lowering it initially into cold water, it will turn out to be rather dry. Do not experiment with chicken, choosing another part of the carcass. Chicken breast is the softest and is well divided into fibers, and the drumstick or thigh has veins.
- To make it easier to peel the eggshell, the water is slightly salted during cooking.

- First boil the chicken in salted water. Also put boiled eggs. Then cut into pieces and fry in olive oil, sprinkled with curry until golden brown.
- Boiled eggs and cheese are rubbed on a coarse grater.

- Then sprinkle evenly with nut crumbs, do not need to cover this layer with mayonnaise, it will be too greasy.
