The development and production of new fish snacks is carried out by Salekhard Plant Limited Liability Company. Note that this company is considered the largest fish processing company in this region.

A fundamentally new product line, made by the forces of Salekhard craftsmen, is a dried straw from fish fillet, which is produced under the name "Yamalka". Already today snacks of this brand can be found on the shelves in Salekhard outlets.

To establish the production of new products, the administration of the plant purchased technological equipment of the latest generation. To produce a hundred kilograms of Yamalka, at least a ton of fish raw material is required. It is made from fillets of fish species such as pike and burbot.

Technologists emphasize that all the beneficial properties and taste of the fish are preserved during the production of Yamalka, so the manufacturer guarantees the natural taste. It is noted that pikes and burbots for the production of Salekhard snacks are environmentally friendly fish grown in the natural conditions of Russian rivers.

Every year, employees of the Salekhard Combine intend to produce at least twenty tons of fish snacks and plan to expand the snack range of the assortment.
