Starting today, the Crocus International Exhibition Center has launched the International Exposition of Farm Equipment for the Livestock Industry, as well as for the Production of Milk and Meat. The event called "Dairy and Meat Industry" will last until February 22 of this year.

Within the framework of the exhibition, round tables and seminars on the main topics relating to equipment and technologies for meat and milk production in different regions of the country will be held. Participants will also touch upon such relevant topics as the importance of breeding work and the quality of bulls for fattening with control of weight gain and the ratio of fat and meat in pigs.

During the exposition, all interested people will be able to attend round tables on such topical topics as: "Product falsification: the problem of conformity assessment" and "The role of breed associations in the development of Russian beef cattle breeding in modern economic conditions."
