Greenhouses are equipped with a system for collecting and purifying rainwater. To prolong the production season and maintain the microclimate, a system for counteracting frost has been installed.

The greenhouse also has modern plant monitoring and nutrition management systems. The strategic geographical location, along with the presence of useful entomophages and natural preventive systems, allows the company to avoid the chemical treatments that usually accompany strawberry cultivation.

Thanks to the use of innovative technologies, farmers get a plentiful harvest, which has organoleptic qualities and high lightness of berries.

“The collection of mountain strawberries began about a month ago. We deliver high-quality products under the Fragola brand, and the harvest will last until the end of October, ”explains Massimo Ceradini.

The fruits gain high Brix value, the flesh is dense, the color is bright. Of course, we are testing other varieties, but not one of them has reached the same quality. "

Everything is organized to the smallest detail. About fifty workers collect fruits from dawn to noon, after which they stop to maintain the quality of the berries. Then the strawberries are immediately packaged and refrigerated. In a few hours, the strawberries find themselves in a central warehouse and sells out.
