The first batch is experimental, but is already in high demand. To create an unusual stew for a wide consumer, the entrepreneur was helped by employees of the Baikal Ecoproduct enterprise. They provided the experimenter with all the necessary equipment. Since it was considered that the farmer’s project is potentially interesting and profitable.
About 120 thousand rubles were spent on the production of the first batch of canned goods and yak meat. The entrepreneur does not intend to dwell on this and plans to produce stew from other breeds of meat, as well as from fish.
