Next month, a unique event for all cheese producers in the region will be held in the Republic of Adygea.
This is a scientific conference that will bring together dozens of specialists from different cities and countries within the walls of the State Technological University of Maykop.
It is known that an international scientific workshop will be devoted to Adyghe cheese. The conference participants, based on historical facts and information about cheese traditions, will discuss the prospects of the industry and share innovative methods of approach to the production of Adyghe cheese.
The conference starts with a plenary meeting, after which the schedule of the event will be divided into sections. Within the framework of these sections, participants will be able to independently choose the department they are interested in, whether it is a lecture on the problems of product identification or a seminar on how to use non-traditional ingredients in food production.
Also, the conference members will share with each other progressive and innovative technologies for the industrial processing of dairy raw materials in the manufacture of Adyghe cheese. In addition, the issue of conducting qualified examinations on the quality of finished products will be raised.
According to Saida Kuzhieva, the rector of the university, on the basis of which the event will be held, the start of the conference is scheduled for September 20, 2019.
