“We sell a liter of milk at a price of 23 rubles,” they say on a private farm. “Plus a premium of 10 percent for fat and protein.” Of course, they are not going to stop there. Therefore, they are actively introducing innovative developments into their production process in order to increase milk yield and not lose product quality.

“As a result, we equipped our milking parlors with digital cow management systems,” the company notes. - And now all the processes on the farm are controlled by a computer. In particular, a special program sets deadlines for the artificial insemination of cows, the optimal time for calving, and also monitors the health of our animals and controls the quality of the feed of cows and milk ”.

All this information is displayed on tablets or personal computers of the head of the Baza enterprise and its employees. They can control the situation on the farm from anywhere in Russia.
