Villa Milk milk processing plant was commissioned in the village of Katashin, Vinnytsia Region. All dairy products here are made in a thermostatic way, which preserves the rich taste of the product and does not destroy its structure.
There are six types of dairy products in the assortment of the enterprise: milk, fermented baked milk, sour cream and kefir of different fat content. It is planned that the product line will be supplemented with soft cheeses, feta cheese, butter and yoghurts.
Absolutely all products of the plant are prepared in a thermostatic way. It stipulates that the process of ripening and ripening of sour-milk products takes place in the container in which it will be sold in the distribution network, says Vitaliy Istratov, director of Villa Milk. The thermostatic method has many advantages over the tank one. The fermented milk product has a more attractive appearance: due to the integral clot its structure is not destroyed and its bright, saturated taste.
