BUSINESS FORUM HACCP IN UKRAINE (HASP business forum in Ukraine) was held on September 18 in Zaporozhye.

The forum aims to explain the basic principles of the HASP system for food producers, as well as amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Information for Food Consumers”. It was possible to attend the event for free by pre-registering.

It was designed for food manufacturers and representatives of this industry. Such forums took place in other areas of Ukraine, in particular at the beginning of summer in Kropyvnytskyi.

The HASP system is aimed at consumer safety. With it, customers will have a safe food product, as well as the opportunity to buy it.

Manufacturers will aim to produce this safe food product. Every day, people are poisoned somewhere, someone is poisoning them with their dangerous product. This is just what unconscious manufacturers do, which do not work as they should.

HASP involves sanctions, after which unscrupulous manufacturers will not be interested in working in the old way. When they pay a fine of 50 thousand hryvnias, they will want them to have everything according to the law, says the head of the public union of the Association for the Integration of HACCP, Vladislav Veremeyenko.

HASP is a risk analysis system that ensures the production of safe products.

According to the head of the department of the State Food and Beverage Service in the Novonikolaevsky district, inspector Andrei Kuchmenko, the most exciting issue of the forum was the attitude of enterprise leaders to the implementation of the HASP system in production. It is important that they accept this system and it constantly works for them.
