The new enterprise will appear in the Solnechnogorsk district of the capital region and will specialize in the cultivation of fish species such as sturgeon, trout, silver carp, sterlet, crucian carp, etc.
The news about the creation of a unique fish farming complex was commented by Andrei Razin, head of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region.
The head of the department noted that a site has already been allocated for the construction of the enterprise, the fish-breeding areas of which exceed an area of 0.7 hectares and are located near the Istra reservoir.
The complex is located next to the village of Friday. And here it is important to emphasize that the water resources that the employees of the new enterprise will need in their professional activities will not be taken directly from the specified reservoir.
It should also be added that the Istra Reservoir will not be blocked over the width of the section of the fish farm complex.
It will not be superfluous to note that it looks like a fish farm is already operating in the Moscow region - in Serpukhov district a whole "pasture" for fish has long been commissioned, actively developing aquaculture near Moscow.
