Agrarians of the Krasnogorsk district of the Republic of Udmurtia joined the campaign to procure the feed base for regional cattle. Together with them, colleagues from the Karkulinsky district joined in the procurement process.

Together, they managed to mow a thousand hectares of grass and harvest more than one and a half thousand tons of hay. Such information was shared by employees of the press center of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Udmurtia.

As for many other agricultural enterprises of the republic, their participation in the nationwide forage harvesting campaign is only beginning to gain momentum: it is known that the harvesters have already debugged special equipment for grass harvesting and fodder harvesting and will start work in the very near future.

In the meantime, the sowing campaign of Udmurtia has reached the finish line. Agrarians managed to fully complete the sowing of spring crops from the category of cereals and legumes. The total area of ​​these crops exceeded two hundred and ninety-one thousand hectares.

It is noted that more than four thousand hectares of the total volume of spring crops were taken by such a culture as flax. Completing the plan for sowing potatoes.

Annual herbs and rapeseed are planted in full, like corn. But the landing in the open ground of vegetable crops is only just approaching the final stage.
