Selection and preparation of ingredients
Chicken is considered a low-calorie dietary meat. It has a lot of protein, low fat and cholesterol, and it does not contain carbohydrates, so it is ideal for a healthy diet. An important aspect to keep in mind when choosing chicken is color and smell. To avoid getting spoiled meat, choose chicken from creamy white to dark yellow.
Use any vegetables for cooking: cucumbers, bell peppers, celery, carrots or zucchini. Remember that when you cook vegetables, they must be sliced thinly so that the filling is tender. Serve with nut or cream sauce, season with fresh herbs.

Recipe for chicken rolls with mushrooms in a creamy sauce
Roulade is often called seasoned chicken, laid in the shape of a roll. And rolls are spring rolls. They can be wrapped in chicken, in a regular pancake made from flour or lettuce. Chicken meat can serve as a filling if it is wrapped in a flat cake, as well as vegetables if they are wrapped in chicken fillet. These recipes are ideal for both a children's breakfast and a diet.

- Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices.
- Heat the pan, put butter on it. When it warms up well, add chopped champignons. Fry for 6–8 minutes. before evaporating the liquid.
- Add the chopped onion to the mushrooms and mix. After 5 minutes salt and season with pepper. Bring to readiness.
- Wash the chicken fillet, cut along, pepper, beat with a wooden hammer so that the pieces are uniform, but not thin.
- Put the filling on the edge of each and wrap the meat in a roll. Can be fixed with a thread or a toothpick.
- Lubricate the surface with sunflower oil and put on the grill. If your grill is one-sided, you need to turn them over after 10 minutes. In the bilateral, they will immediately be fried on both sides.
- Put the rolls in a stewpan. Pour in cream. Turn on the flame at 200 ° C and bring to a boil, cover with a lid. Remove the cover. Reduce heat to a minimum, cook for 10 minutes, add salt.
- Add cream cheese and simmer under the lid for another 10 minutes. Turn off the fire. Leave the rolls in a stewpan for another 10-15 minutes.
- Serve with potatoes, pasta or boiled rice.
Important! When working with chicken, all items must be clean. The meat is washed, blotted with a paper towel, and chopping boards washed in hot water and soap.

- Rinse chicken breast, dry with a paper towel.
- Beat fillet to a uniform plane 0.5 cm thick and sprinkle with pepper.
- For each piece of fillet lay 3 tbsp. tablespoons prepared toppings. Add the grated cheese. Wrap around the filling. Secure with toothpicks.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet and in the oven. Bake for 35 minutes. to a rosy state.
- Serve sprinkled with green onions.

- Add half the mushrooms, bell pepper, chili and fry, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and refrigerate.
- Rinse and dry the meat.
- Put the chicken on a cutting board. Cut in half in the center, not cutting to the end, then open and lay out so that the fillet resembles a butterfly in shape. Cover with plastic wrap and rub with a rolling pin to create a uniform thickness.
- Repeat the same process with each bite.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Put mushroom stuffing on each fillet and wrap. Wrap in foil. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- To make mushroom sauce, heat the oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the remaining onions and garlic and simmer for 3 minutes. to softness. Add half the mushrooms. Passerow another 5 minutes. Transfer to a food processor and grind to a homogeneous mass.
- Put the resulting mixture on the fire and add cream. Turn off after 3-4 minutes, when the mass thickens.
- Serve rolls with mushroom sauce and rosemary seasoning.
Important! Instead of an oven, rolls can be fried in a pan with a little oil and lemon slices.
